Shipping Policy

We're committed to making sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping — if you don't find what you're looking for, please email us at support@soulog.com and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Areas

  • We offer shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
  • Note: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories are not yet included in our delivery zone.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Occasionally, such as when an item is newly released or temporarily out of stock, processing may take longer, but we will ship your order within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot ship within 30 days, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after your order ships.
  • Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays (orders placed outside these times begin processing the next business day); delivery times may also run longer during severe weather or peak seasons such as holidays and major sales events.

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number shortly after your order ships.
  • Track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your tracking number. This page is powered by 17TRACK, a third-party tracking service; when you use it, your tracking number is transmitted to 17TRACK, which processes it under its own terms and privacy practices. Please see the Soulog Online Store Privacy Policy for more information.

Address Changes

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@soulog.com as soon as possible and we'll update it for you. Once your package has shipped, the shipping address is final.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Every order ships from within the United States, so there are no customs fees or import duties.
