Where do you ship to?

  • We offer shipping to the United States.
  • Note: We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or offshore U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

What are your shipping rates?

  • Free shipping.

When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Note: We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays — those ship the following business day.

Which carriers do you use?

  • We partner with a network of trusted carriers — including USPS, UniUni, GoFo, Yanwen, and SpeedX — and our system automatically routes each order to whichever carrier will get it to you fastest.
  • To fulfill your order, we may provide the shipping and contact information reasonably necessary for delivery to the carrier selected for your shipment. Please see the Soulog Online Store Privacy Policy for more information.

How can I track my order?

  • You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order ships.
  • Track it directly on the carrier's website. You may also choose to use a third-party tracking service, such as 17TRACK. Third-party tracking services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@soulog.com as soon as possible and we'll update it for you. Once your package has shipped, we're unable to make any changes.

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?

  • Every order ships from within the United States, so there are no customs fees or import duties — ever.
